Crystal Practice Management & SpecCheck
This new innovative integration ensures a seamless, efficient, and accurate order processing experience, enhancing the operational efficiency of practices leveraging Crystal PM. Learn more below about how to take advantage of this integration to get the most out of SpecCheck and Crystal PM!
Please note, this requires Crystal PM Version 6.2.9 or newer.
Once you receive your SpecCheck welcome email, be sure to log in and reset your password so you can start taking advantage of all SpecCheck has to offer, including our Crystal PM integration.
Crystal PM Configuration Steps
Navigate to ADMIN -> Frame Labs -> SpecCheckRX
Click on the Optical Labs button in the bottom right corner
Assign the SpecCheck Lab details to your respective lab: Lab Name, Lab Account Number, SpecCheck Account Email
Click on Save
Sending Lab Orders to SpecCheck
Navigate to the Spectacle Lab Order Window
Create a New Order and fill out the order details
Choose the Lab which has been assigned the SpecCheck Lab Name, Account # and Email
Click on Send to SpecCheck
This will open your web browser to the start of the ordering screen with the following information pre-populated for you from CrystalPM:
Patient Information
Rx Information
Frame Information
You will still need to configure your Lens Options (materials, style, add ons) using the SpecCheck interface. This ensures you only order available products from your lab partner.
Inside the Crystal PM Spectacle Lab Order window, it will also update the status of the order to “Sent SpecCheck” and add to the Success URL response to the Notes.
